The guests wanted to eat at the hotel and Nancy had a Alpilles leg of lamb in her refrigerator. This was her first step on the path, encouraged by the satisfaction of these spontaneous customers who only wanted to eat at her table for the rest of their stay.
Next came learning on the job and receiving advice from a chef who had worked at fine establishments.
Today, Nancy Bourguignon expertly prepares wonderful food where the flavour and quality of the ingredient is of prime importance. She has got to know small local food producers who save their best for her.
